great to be 8!!!

my little sis has had a special week and this post is for her. she turned 8 and got baptized on saturday! i am so proud of her and her decision! i can't believe my little baby is 8 and baptized! i love her so much!!!!!!

bond...james bond

last night afton and i went to a james bond theme party and got to dress up. it was a lot of fun wearing our sweet dresses that we have only worn once for a dance. we totally look like we just walked out of a james bond movie! hahaha! at the party we played this game to try and figure out who the villain was and guess who won? yours truly and afton mcaferty! we are the best detectives ever! we left the party early cuz we were cravin some tasty gelato. delish! it was a great night and i am glad i got to spend it with afton leigh mcaferty!

first day of intern!

i had my first day of internship on weds! i spent the day grading papers and helping with progress reports. it is kind of weird being back at mesa high. i feel like i just barely left high school and now i am back and starting to teach. crazy! i hope a make a good teacher!
